Good to hear that things are starting out well for you. Shopping at Costco does require somewhat of a change in mindset. It took us several years before we got to shopping at Costco regularly as well. And yes, our Costco can be a real zoo too at times and when it isn't, we wonder hey, where did everyone go to? :)

This is the worst garbage can I have ever purchased! I bought the largest, kitchen garbage can made by Sensible Eco living with the cool motion sensor lid; 13 gal. It looks cool, it's nice to not have touch the lid with dirty hands when throwing something away....it's design is somewhat confusing; it states that it's 13 gallons but I cannot get the damn bag out of the can once it's full. It has some kind of lip inside of it; totally unnecessary, which wants to eat the bag. Every time I fight with the bag to get it out and this lip, i.e. defect literally rips a hole in every side, often ripping the whole bottom portion of it away causing a huge mess. Don't waste the $90 for the novelty of a motion activated lid. Wait until the engineers of this company figure out a design for the real world.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with the 13 gallon trash can. Did you get that from Costco? We've only seen the small 1.56 gallon and the large 21 gallon Sensible Eco trash cans at the store. We have an iTouchless motion sensor trash can that we got from Costco online and it has worked pretty well for us. Regards,

I am on my second one of these. they are extremely fragile. I decided not to return the second one because it is just crap really. It still flys but is broken in 6 or 7 places. I tried fixing it but that didn't work. I also called the 800 number on the box about 5 times and left messages and not one call was returned. If they still have them I would not suggest purchasing one. that said, it is fun to fly.

Oooh they still have this? I bought it from Costco a few months ago and really like it. It won't cover major blemishes but it definitely smooths everything over and is super easy to apply. It has a silicone/slippery feel, which may not be everyone's cup of tea, but I don't mind.
Also, just wanted to say how much I love your website! Every time I stumble upon it I have an itch to go to Costco the next day and buy everything. :P
