I would follow the same cooking instructions but check it after an hour? The most important thing is that the temperature of the thickest part of the turkey reaches 165f.Hope this helps and Happy...

The stuffing and turkey is cooked/ baked in the oven. The gravy has to be poured into a saucepan and heated over the stove.Hope this helps and Happy Thanksgiving!
