I don't think we've seen a rebate for sectionals but it could happen. Costco only has these types of furniture in the store twice a year, around Jan-Feb and July-Aug, so yes, it's for a limited time. If you don't absolutely have to have it, then you can wait and see if Costco will offer a clearance price towards the end, but there's a risk of the item selling out before then.
