I've been meaning to get back to you - we froze it, so we didn't eat it for about a month. It was great, even after having been frozen! (we froze it directly in the package it came in - not great freezer packaging, but it was fine). Both my husband and I loved it... my husband had never had bulgogi before, but he's a convert now!
