Bought this in 2013, right hand chaise. Cushions have held up fine. Fabric looks new; any spills clean up easily if you get to them right away. It is lightly textured and soft to the touch. Chaise is the most comfortable section. Other 2 seats are comfortable sitting up, but if you lie across them you may feel a support bar between them if you are heavy. Not a deal breaker. Sleeper is comfortable. For heavier people, you might want to use a mattress topper. This sofa is very sturdy. Perfect for first apartment, rec room, or spare bedroom. You get your money's worth.
