There is a mistake of some sort on Costco's site for the iPad. :( It is not clear if they sell the cellular version of the iPad. But in true Costco fashion they are looking into it and will contact me with the proper info. They have great customer service and that is another reason they should work with Apple. Two great customer service companies!
Just heard back from Costco ... They only offer iPad with cellular with TMobil. That won't work for me. Back to shopping at Apple.
