Installed one today. Took 3-5 hours, but that included purchasing/installing a new j-box rated for 70 lb fan vs light fixture. instructions were straightforward (even put bolts in separately marked bags). Did it w/o help. remote programmed fine. I did break one of the CFL bulbs during installation (must hold by base when twisting it in - they are NOT regular bulbs, but GU24 socket). it's very quiet and powerful, so far :)
