Just an update. I bought Delon cotton rounds from Amazon. The quality is not as good as the cotton rounds I purchased at Costco. It was the same item. One assumption I have might be that the manufacturer that Delon purchases the cotton rounds from had a decrease in quality. This lower quality was not up to par for high quality standards. Therefor Costco executives stopped purchasing this item.
