I don't have these exact pans, but I did receive two of the "orgreenic" pans for Christmas about two years ago. I will say that I was initially impressed with this new non stick stuff. You do have to season the pans by heating oil and then wiping it out. After that they are good. However, they are not perfect.
In one of them I made poached eggs, and the egg whites basically stuck to the bottom of the pan, even while there was water in the pan. They were pretty much impossible to scrub off, and actually ended up taking the non stick coating off wherever it stuck. So one pan is completely ruined. DO NOT POACH EGGS IN THEM.
Second pan is warped, mainly because the aluminum is so thin and flimsy. not sure how thick these costco ones are, but I have found in the past that all of my mothers old aluminum cookware is warped and doesn't last very long.
Both pans also have a gray coating on the bottom where it sits on the burner. Both are peeling off, which makes me wonder why it was even put there.
Frankly now I just keep one nonstick skillet for those few fragile things that I absolutely can't cook in a regular stainless pan, but for everything else I just use stainless. With a bit of oil, and allowing it to heat up properly, I have no issues with stainless.
I would say just stay away from this new non stick stuff. It's not any more durable in my opinion, and I have seen other youtube reviews that show peoples pans chipping away, even with using plastic or silicone utensils.
