We did see the quinoa in Costco 2 days ago on Sunday 04/13/14, and it was priced at $18.99 so maybe, it IS priced $1 higher in Chicago! Thanks for the providing a price point for that area.
I'm glad you find the site and info useful! I may try to go to Trader Joe's soon too to get the price data.
