Was shopping at Costco today in Everett, MA and can confirm that this very same Quinoa is $18.99 over here too. I was sticker shocked so googled it and found this website. Great job documenting the historical price.
It's still cheaper (just a little bit, mind you) than online places like Pleasant Hill Grain or Bob's Red Mill, so what can one do.
