Regarding gluten free pasta. This blend sounds delicious!! Most are brown rice pasta or corn or blend of the 2. My daughter and I have Celiac so we eat all gluten-free and I honestly like the GF pasta better. It is just expensive for anything that is GF. I have not seen this at Costco but will have to check it out because that is a pretty good price for organic and the blend of grains used. We buy a different brand for @$230 at Bel-Air Grocery store.
