I've had better. I do not like the gumminess of the jelled packaging liquid. It gummed up my wire sink strainers. It was very hard to get off of surfaces such as my strainers cutting board, even with hot water and an insane amount of good dish soap. The meat itself has a nice texture, but the color makes it hard to distinguish between meat and fat. I do not like a big gob of fat in my mouth! The flavor is OK, but both New Seasons and Whole Foods make better corned beef.
