Hi Dan. I saw you had just posted this pretty recently so I thought I’d give you my opine- seeing as this site hasn’t been updated at all in 2021. Now, I can’t speak to the Harry’s brand specifically as I’ve never tried it but I get a great Organic Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup at Costco; it’s made by Pacific Foods. It’s packaged in 32oz vac-pack rectangular containers, I think I pay about $12 for 4 cartons of it? It’s basically it’s a 32oz version of those little kids’ drink boxes but on top it has a threaded cap that screws back on-instead of the drinking straw-stabbing action). As packaged and sealed it needs NO REFRIGERATION until opened. It’s a slightly thick, smoothly pureed, lightly creamy and slightly sweet, mild-tasting organic soup. It does have dairy in it and is gluten-free;130cal/8g protein/serv. It’s tasty paired with a sharp cheddar grilled cheese, or just some crackers and a few twists of the black pepper mill. I’ve found it to be surprisingly versatile and handy, I now keep a few boxes of it on hand in the pantry all the time for impromptu quickie pan-made sauces w/drippings (AND to stretch one, esp. if we’ve got leftovers) and I like it as well to ‘lighten up’ some dishes that traditionally call for a tomato/roux-base which is not uncommon down here in SE Louisiana. Make sure you put a little cayenne pepper in there too, for me : ) Hope this you find this helpful, ⚜️Caroline
