Horribly over smoked flavor. Makes it difficult to use. Simply too much artificial smoke in a product that really is there for texture and taste. I suggest COSTCO see if they can redo the product as Lechon or a Chinese roast pork belly. This product has no versatility. Pretty scary, actually. As a professional ingredient.
