I gave my instant pot away, love the ability to air fry the food after pressure cooking. One stop cooking so to speak. After buying the first one, we decided to grab a second to do several things at one time. Chicken in one, sides in the other. My daughter has learned to use the air fry option on lots of things so we do not always use the pressure cooker. She tried mac and cheese in Foodi using the pressure cooker the other day and done in no time and then air crisp the top. It was to die for! I have used pressure cookers for many years and while I liked the instant pot I find the Foodi even easier to use. I do love technology right? But with the foodi, unless you need two like we did, it will replace your instant pot.
