I have this phone, purchased from Amazon, and activated via Tracfone, which I've been using for years. Although I'm not as intensive a phone user as many, I decided that I wanted something that would be a true smartphone with all the bells and whistles, and I'm extremely pleased. It's a good looking phone, fast, and now is doing everything I need a phone to do. The camera is a huge step up from other smart phones I've used. We can't all afford Iphones, but I'm very pleased with this phone's performance, and I recommend it.
