We've only had a Costco for two years, so forgive me if this sounds like a stupid question, but how do Costco rebates/coupons work? It seems the discounts are given without coupons, and the books are primarily marketing tools, but am I missing something? Also, 'rebates' in my mind mean that you fill out a form, enclose a receipt, and send it somewhere--is that correct? Thanks!
