I bought the Andersen & Stokke Woven Wicker Patio Heater ITM. / ART. 966688 for $199 at Costco & had nothing but problems with it. When brand new it wouldn't light. I called the # on the manual (1-888-612-4524) & was connected to a rep for the west coast. The rep was polite & sent a new burner to me. It did not light. He sent another new burner with the same result. The third burner he send finally worked. Now I am on the fourth burner that includes the one that came with the new unit. I turned it on once a month throughout the summer to make sure it worked. Tried to use it in the fall when I needed it & it would not turn on. I did all the things the manual instructed to check & do with no results. Called the same phone # from the manual & on the internet & it is no longer in service. Called the local patio heater repair store & they said they could repair it, but they could not get parts for it. In other words, it is a very nice looking piece of junk that is unrepairable. Total use I got out of it did not amount to 2-3 hours.
