Same here. The woman at Costco said you have to have your original receipt (I didn't) and it be within 14 days. She finagled it so I could get the money back. Alternatively, you can load a cart up, but it at the discount, wheel it out, take it back in and return it on your first purchase information that's stored in their computer. The computers don't update until the next day, so they won't even see that you just bought it. Either way, good luck! $200 off is a big percentage.
