my husband and I purchased this over the weekend and love it. I wanted to provide a few details/opinions since furniture can be tricky. Know that the size of one of the main boxes is shaped extremely odd. There are a total of 4 boxes for this set - one HUGE one with the three armless chairs, one for each corner chair and then one of the ottoman. We had to rent a cargo van from uhaul to pick this up and not all of the boxes would fit due to the odd shape of the main box. My husband had to make one trip home with the huge box and the ottoman box while I waited for him with the other two square boxes. The packaging was a nightmare. Our small two-car garage is currently FILLED with the cardboard boxes and packaging debris, which will take forever to get rid of. The packaging was very secure, but it did take almost two hours to get everything out of the packaging. My husband was able to quickly get the feet on, and most pieces are able to lock together. ONCE we got it all set up we were thrilled. Know that the couch is quite firm, but we were sick of spending money on furniture to only have the cushions cave in and get limp a few months later, so we are happy with the firmness and assume is will get a bit more cushy over the years. All in all, for the price, this is a steal! If you are considering buying this, I would, but recommend having help or hiring some teenage guys to do all the leg work for you if you have the resources. I am a fit, 30 year old and am still a bit sore after all of the moving, unpacking, lugging around etc... You can tell that the couch is great quality, very sturdy, and we didn't even lock anything together because we'd like to be able to move pieces around at ease when we have groups of people over. We have our couch on our thin carpet in the family room and it stays in place extremely well, almost too well! Since it's such good quality and these aren't flimsy little units, the weight of each piece keeps it in place extremely well. We are thrilled!
