The Kirkland Signature Organic Honey now includes the term RAW, as in raw organic honey. What I don't know is precisely what their definition of raw is. Could this honey possibly contain the much desire pollen that makes honey worth consuming? I don't care if it tastes like molasses if it actually has bee pollen in it. But, I suspect not.
