I'm kicking myself now for not buying this back when it was available at our store. At the time, we were just getting started into really making a lot of bread. We have two Kitchenaid mixers. The smaller one will do up to a couple of loaves of bread at a time. The bigger 6qt model is better, but it is pushing it to do much over four loaves of bread at a time. We ended up eventually wearing out one of the gears, and I'm just about done replacing that. It isn't a really difficult repair, but I don't relish doing it again, and would just as soon move up to the Bosch. Anyone have any inside information as to whether or not Costco will have this deal again anytime soon?
