I have not ever had the Foster Farms chicken but I doubt you'd really notice a difference. A lot of people who buy organic meat (myself included) do so because of the higher standards for humane treatment, feed quality, and nutritional value. (A chicken that eats a healthier diet would presumably have a healthier body with fewer toxins and more nutrients.) Organic chickens are fed organic feed, which means petro-pesticides are not used, which is better for the environment and for the health of the farmers and decreases our dependence on foreign oil. None of this changes how your chicken tastes. :-)
