Another reason to not like the new Costco Visa. If you try to use it in Canada or any other country, they will hit you up for a 3% foreign transaction fee. My other Visa and American Express do not charge these fees. And also Costco in Canada will not except the Costco Visa for payment in their stores. We have also gotten erroneous emails about our account being closed and our account having other members on it. Not sure if Costco sold out on the benefits of the card for members to secure lower rates for themselves.
