Kevin, yes! We have had ours a year too and we are getting ready to take it back. Loved it because it was the perfect size for our small condo and it looks great but the cushions are already sinking in and it looks like its not gonna hold up as long as you'd expect. Its also not that comfortable unfortunately. It was fairly inexpensive but it should last much longer than a year or two.
