I just got one from Costco Canada yesterday and it's off gassing very badly. Makes my entire room smell toxic with noxious fumes. It's extremely bad, I've never had a PVC product off gass this bad.
For comparison, my cheep queen sized PVC air mattresses from Walmart off gassed very much, but this mat is an order of magnitude worse. It's on another level.
On the way home from Costco we had to keep all the windows open in the car. And I was hoping it would dissipate overnight with the exhost fan on, but not at all. So yeah, it's really, really smelly.
