Haven't we all made mistakes before? Are you really exposed to such vulnerability from some teeny tiny duck feathers? Come on, don't you have better things to do with your time than to rip other people off with these petty injury claims. I agree that it's a nice sectional,especially for the price and for them to replace the cushions without question should be fair enough. It is for me. Just move on and make a living the honest way like these people are. I have no affiliation with them, but personally am sick and tired of this sue-happy society.
