It was absolutely delicious. I was hoping to buy several trays to serve at Christmas but I have been told that they stopped making it for the holiday in order to make room for other holiday dishes. My loss for sure. The dish consists of cheese ravioli layered in the manner of layering lasagna strips. I believe it may be three layers. Hence the name ravioli lasagna. Instead of a regular meat or marinara sauce it has a bolognese sauce which gives it a wonderful taste. It is a very filling and flavorful meal. We served it with a salad. Wonderful!
