A Japanese Wagyu and Texan steer were cross bred and have been supplying Minnesota's Lunds-Byerlys upscale grocery stores with their steaks. Usually goes for around $25/lbs. AMAZING MEAT!!! I've never seen anything like it. Never had real Japanese Wagyu. But this stuff was unbelievable.
