We first published that gingerbread house post in 2013 then updated it last week when we saw it in the store again, here in San Jose CA. I don't know if the Costco in Worcester MA will have it as well. The easiest way to save yourself some time is to call up the Costco stores around you and ask if they have item#762186, which is the item number for the gingerbread house kit. As you may know, items at Costco vary from store to store.
