We purchased this sofa in August 2014. By mid September the cushions on two front sections were mushing down in one front corner. We aren't large people or particularly hard on it so I don't think it's us. It's as if there isn't bolstering under the fabric to keep the cushions in place. I read some similar complaints on this problem and hoped it wouldn't happen to us. In addition to this problem some of the framing is creaky and not too sturdy. We will be returning the piece soon and are planning to purchase another sofa elsewhere. (I'd order one through Costco if they had one large enough for our family of five. Usually excellent products and service.)
