This is amazing to use on the skin. I put it into a hair-coloring bottle for my 11 lines (between eyebrows) that were gone in two weeks. When I use it on my legs, I find I do not need to use shaving cream. It also stamps out cracked heels. I've used it as a healthy cooking oil, of course out of the container, and have heard it works as hair conditioner, although I didn't like it.
